Please read the Lab Utilization Policies prior to reserving the lab. The
611 lab is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. 611 lab reservations are made from within Outlook scheduling and are approved
by Gabriel Rodriguez.
As stated in the Computer Lab Policies, all students using the ACT labs will need to obtain a Student ID card and establish an account to log in to the computers.
*IMPORTANT: If the software you are requesting is not already available in the ACT labs,
please read the information regarding software
installation.
Please read the Acceptable Use
Policy. If your students will be required to complete an assignment that might be interpreted to be in violation of these policies, please attach a description of the assignment so that we may accommodate your students.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the lab at extension 29944. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes after your reserved time, your reservation will be cancelled and open lab students will be allowed to utilize the room.
To make an appointment, right click on the calendar and select "New Appointment." Set the starting and ending date and time for when you want to reserve the lab. Put the name of the class in the subject line and your name in the location.
Saving the appointment will submit it to ACT, and it will appear on
the calendar once it has been determined that there are no conflicts.
